2017 Consumer Satisfaction Award

February 2018 Lawrence Kia won the 2018 Dealer of the Year award from DealerRater a consumer car dealer review website. In order to qualify and win the Dealer of the Year award, ratings on DealerRater.com must indicate outstanding customer service. The award is a combination of an average star rating as well as a total number of reviews written in a year time-frame. The dealerships competing for the award are identified using the Bayesian algorithm and a PowerScore is given. Categories dealerships compete are customer service, quality of work, friendliness, pricing, and overall experience. This is the third year Lawrence Kia has won the award.


2018 Consumer Satisfaction Award

January 2018 Lawrence Kia won the 2018 Consumer Satisfaction Award given annually by DealerRater. With this award Lawrence Kia is in the top 10% of the U.S. car dealers based on the DealerRater PowerScore. This is the third year that DealerRater has given out the consumer satisfaction award and we are proud of our recent accomplishment.

January 2016 The “KIA Traveling Banner” is awarded to the Service Department with the “Top Customer Satisfaction” in the District. This Banner is awarded Quarterly and is sent to the Dealership that wins it, by the Dealership that had it for the previous Quarter. Lawrence Kia’s Service Department is 6th in the US out of 385 Dealerships.
